• Preparing food labels that meet Slovak food law requirements.
• Handling customer requests and complaints about product quality.
• Communicating with national inspections and authorities (inquiries, complaints, registrations).
• Analyzing the FMCG market: sampling products and working with laboratories.
• Auditing suppliers to ensure quality standards.
• Organizing product taste tests to assess quality.
• Supporting smooth communication between the Quality Team in Warsaw, Poland, and the Commercial Team in Bratislava.
• Managing reports, administrative tasks, and other language-related duties.

• Degree in food technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Slovak food law (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Slovak authorities and food safety systems (nice to have).
• Knowledge of the Slovak FMCG market.
• Strong organization, communication, and English skills.
• Monthly trips to Warsaw (2-3 days) together with 1 month training in Poland required.
