The Finance and Controlling Manager is responsible for driving financial Reporting, planning and analysis, and to provide support for the strategic decision-making processes within the company. This role ensures that financial goals are met through precise budget management, rigorous financial controls, and accurate forecasting. 

Requirements

  • Professional experience in Financial and Controlling roles (Min 5yrs) preferably within large corporations or multinational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading financial planning and analysis, as well as implementing financial processes, controls and compliance systems.  
  • Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting principles
  • Expertise in corporate finance, investment analysis and cost control
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and of Tax laws and regulations
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in advanced financial modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Experince with SAP

Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing strategic recommendations based on financial data to senior management to guide decision-making and business growth.
  • Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses to stakeholders, ensure accuracy and clarity of the financial information with direct participation in the month-end closing process, and communicate insights to drive informed business decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze costs across the organization, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions, working with department heads to  track key performance metrics and implement best practices to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Control the company’s capital expenditures process, evaluating and advising on the financial viability of projects, controlling the execution of projects and accessing for deviation between project assumptions and actuals.
  • Assure de implementation of  financial processes, policies, and procedures in line with the Group's policies and best practices,  ensuring consistency and compliance across the company, and securing the continuous alignment with evolving business needs.

Salary conditions

Minimum salary starts at 3000 EUR per Month.
